The build. Training the agent on your services, prices, hours and edge cases, wiring it into your CRM and calendar, writing the workflows, and testing it against real conversations before it ever answers a customer. The list price for that build is $1,497 to $4,997, and we are not charging it on the monthly plans right now, building the thing is our cost of selling it, and the monthly fee covers running and tuning what it produced. One-time project builds on the service pages are quoted separately.

Just the plan price, because setup is waived: $997 on Starter, $2,497 on Growth, $4,997 on Scale. Every month after that is the same. There is no build invoice, no activation charge and no onboarding fee.

Then say so on the assessment call and we will tell you honestly. If the phone is all you need, start at $297/mo on the Voice rung rather than a full plan. If it rings a few times a week, a $49 flat-rate AI plan or a pay-as-you-go answering service will serve you better than we will, and you should start there. We are worth the difference when configuring and maintaining the agent yourself would cost you more than the gap.

Full automation plans (Starter, Growth, Scale) carry a 3-month minimum commitment, then month-to-month. AI systems need 2-4 weeks to tune with real data, the minimum ensures you see real results before deciding. After 3 months, cancel anytime with 30 days notice. The voice-only plan has no minimum term.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time and the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle we pro-rate the difference.

We count connected minutes, measured to the second. Connected talk time. The clock starts when the call connects and stops when it ends, measured to the second, a 90-second call costs a minute and a half, not two. Most vendors on a minute meter round every call up to a whole minute, which quietly adds about thirty seconds of billing to each one; we do not. dials that never connect, calls that ring out unanswered, time your caller spends waiting to be connected, none of it costs anything, because a connected-time meter has nothing to count. Every plan includes minutes and every plan publishes its rate past them: Voice 1,000 minutes/mo then $0.35/min, Starter 2,500 then $0.35/min, Growth 6,000 then $0.30/min, Scale 15,000 then $0.25/min. Minutes beyond your allowance are billed per connected minute, measured to the second, and overage is capped: you will never pay more in a month than the next tier up would have cost. Unused minutes roll over one month, up to a full allowance.

Yes. Source code, prompts, workflows and knowledge base are yours. If you leave, they leave with you, there is nothing held back to make switching painful.

Early clients lock their monthly rate for as long as they stay, with no price increases, whatever we charge new clients next year, you keep paying what you signed at. Founding clients also get priority support and direct Slack access to the team.

A plan is an ongoing managed service: we run and keep tuning the agent, and you pay monthly from $297/mo on the Voice rung or $997/mo on Starter. A project build is a one-time engagement, we scope it, build it, hand over the source and you run it yourself, from $2,000 depending on the service. The setup fee we are currently waiving applies to the plans only; a project build is the work itself, not an on-ramp. If you want the thing built and then want us to keep running it, say so on the assessment call and we will price both.
